DOMESTIC

Orders placed within the United States will ship with the most economical courier at a flat rate cost. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days of the order. When ordering, please ensure that the address is correct.

INTERNATIONAL

Orders placed outside the United States will ship with the most economical courier. All international fees, duties and taxes that are incurred through shipping are at the customer’s expense.  Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days of the order. When ordering, please ensure that the address is correct.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We do understand that things shift around in the shipping process and can accommodate on a case by case basis. Please email us at hello@katkerthstudio.com directly if you have received a damaged, incorrect, or missing item. Colors may differ from screen to screen. We cannot accept any responsibility for delivery if the incorrect address is provided.
